Description Family Poaceae Originating from China Thick rich yellow canes with a chiselled vertical green groove on each stem. Stems often zig-zag as they age. Grow in fertile, moist but well-drained soil in full sun/part shade. Height and spread after 4 – 5 years 4m x 2m Semi mature height and spread after 8 – 10 years if not pruned 8m x 4m
