All the products in this range are portion controlled and prepared to cook through quickly on the BBQ. After careful preparation we apply a continental marinade of your choice. The marinades are made from good quality olive oil and the finest of peppers and spices. As well as adding tremendous flavour to the meat of your choice, the marinade helps seal the meat and prevent charring from your BBQ. All the cuts of meat should cook within 2 minutes on each side. Always ensure the BBQ coals or lava rocks are white and radiate extreme heat before placing your meat on the griddle. Ensure your meats are piping hot in the centre. Ideally use a temperature probe and take the risk of undercooking, All meats should reach a core temperature of 70 c
