Black Chalk’s celebrated ‘Dancer in Pink’ rosé is crafted using a fine clone of Pinot Noir 779 alongside whole bunch pressed and co-fermented Pinot Precoce and Pinot Gris. It’s a gorgeously dry rosé, with bright aromas of ripe strawberry and cherry blossom. The palate provides a beautiful abundance of red fruits and a rounded creaminess from full malolactic fermentation. Laid back yet intensely moreish. Black Chalk is a wine proud of its English heritage, with roots firmly planted in the chalklands of southern England. Black Chalk was used by the old masters to sketch ideas onto canvas before painstakingly creating a masterpiece.
