Sharp is a non-alcoholic wine alternative. Rather than creating a de-alcoholised wine (which, in our experience, is rarely successful), Sharp is built from the ground up, using functional plants, rare teas and fermented fruits. It is bright, crisp and fresh with a subtle spritz. Exotic citrus from aromatic koseret and herbal manuka leaf blend with tart, green gooseberries, forming bright aromatics and a tannic, sherbet texture reminiscent of a young white wine. Subtle notes of jalapeño and basil are refreshing while lively, sharp acidity is mouth-wateringly addictive. Best served chilled in a white wine glass. Consume on the day of opening to enjoy the full mouthfeel of the subtle bubbles. Once opened, seal with a bottle stopper, store in the fridge and consume within 2 days.
