The pork loin joint is excellent for roasting with lean meat and great crackling. This roasting joint has a higher fat content which renders down during cooking to ensure you enjoy a rich and tender meat. Superb for a traditional Sunday roast with apple sauce but it can also be rolled and stuffed with a great herby or pear stuffing.
